I was always told that selling Real Estate in Wisconsin was slow. So far this November I have gotten accepted offers on:
Home in Lisbon - I represented both the Seller and Buyer.
Lot in Germantown - I represented the Seller and Buyer.
House in Germantown - I represented the Seller.
House in West Bend - I represented a Short Sale Seller.
House in Hartford - I represented a Short Sale Seller.
House in Richfield - I represented a Buyer.
House in Menomonee Falls - I represented a Buyer
And on the last day of the month I am showing a commercial property to a buyer and a residential home to another buyer. Where's the slow time? Just in your mind. If you want to be busy and help people, there is a lot out there in the Real Estate Market.
