What a great November it has been for Real Estate around Germantown, Wisconsin. In November I have closed on Houses in Richfield, Lisbon, Germantown and Hartford. I can't imagine Realtors saying it is slow. I have been showing properties just about every day to different clients. I feel that Real Estate has been picking up in around Germantown, Wisconsin and you better start working to get it.
