Woke up this morning and took my dog outside to discover that winter has arrived in Germantown Wisconsin. It is about 14 degrees and a very light snow was coming down. My wife and another Exit Realty Realtor left yesterday to go to Broker Training in Toronto, Canada and they had plane delays because of weather and then they had to drive from Buffalo, New York to Toronto in snowy conditions. Yes winter has arrived in Germantown Wisconsin and all of the upper USA. Only 3 months left of Winter.
